Year 7 Football Match

The Year 7 Boys represented the school in a football match against a local school Alec Hunter. The boys have faced this team previously in a Futsal competition. The boys were very excited and ‘up’ for the game.

Before the game when asked for predictions, they were all confident with a Tabor win but knew they would have a job to do.

Opening up the score was Maxwell with a blinding shot and more goals soon followed. At times their concentration did slip and gave Alec the chance to get back into the game.

The final score finished 6-3 to Tabor which was a well-deserved win. The boys worked brilliantly together, showed great maturity throughout and excellent sportsmanship to their opposition.
