Trip to Southend Cliffs Pavilion – Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
BackOn Thursday 15th December 100 students from Years 9 - 13 went to see Diversity at Cliffs Pavilion in the panto 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs'. The journey there was uneventful, but as soon as we arrived one of the coaches nearly ran over Ashley Banjo, who was crossing the road to get a pre show snack. Tabor students were very excited to see him, called out his name and he waved and smiled back to us.
The performance was such good fun; traditional panto antics mixed in with amazing dance routines by Diversity themselves. Some of our students even got wet when they came out with the super soakers!
When we left the theatre to get back on the coach, who did we see at the stage door? - only Perri! He was 27 that day and we had all sung to him on stage. He was very gracious and signed autographs and had selfies taken too.
