Then it came to pool 1 and we knew we were possibly in with a chance of winning a medal.  The event organiser said “And just missing out on a bronze medal are…” AND IT WASN’T TABOR…

The delight on the faces of Ella, Mitchel and Skye was clear when it was announced we they had won an Essex County Bronze medal!  They were presented with their medals and took the opportunity to have their photo taken with Paralympic Team GB athlete Dan Bentley.  Dan won Gold in Beijing in 2008 as part of the first British team to win this event, he then went on to win Bronze at London 2012.
