Students have worked incredibly hard in our Memorial Garden and around the school making displays within their year group bubbles to pay respect and share their thoughts.

At 11am the school fell silent.  Wreaths were laid in our garden and our Tabor Standard was dipped.  Mrs Speller read a WW1 poem over the tannoy with Mr Bowman reciting the homage.

This year was also the 10th anniversary of the death of one our ex pupils, Lance Corporal Scott Hardy, Royal Anglian Regiment 1 Viking to whom our service was founded in memory of, killed in action in Helmand Province Afghanistan.

At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, Tabor Academy will remember them.
