Year 7 students recently took part in National Doughnut Week 2016; helping to raise funds for The Children’s Trust. The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injury. They provide expert rehabilitation, education, therapy and care nationally.
Students made doughnuts with Technology teacher, Mrs Blythman, during their Food Technology classes and raised over £150 for the charity by selling their delicious treats at break and lunch time during the week, and by taking some home to sell to friends and family members. Well done to all the staff and students involved with fundraising for such a worthy cause.
