On Friday 2nd December Nathan Goodey and Matt Mayes, two former Tabor students, ran an inspirational session on the opportunities available after leaving sixth form. The session looked at what motivated the students to do well and then explained a range of pathways available including university courses, diplomas and work based training. The session was interactive and got the students thinking about potential courses and careers they may partake in once they leave the sixth form.
This is part of a number of lectures and seminars being led by Tabor alumni. In the New Year the sixth form are being visited by a number of ex-students who are following careers including Business, Science and Politics as well as a former student who is currently reading Geography at Cambridge University.
