Tabor Academy students of history had a rather special but disturbing trip to London. A group of students went on a Jack the Ripper walking tour that followed a truly atmospheric route.
It went straight into the old, narrow alleyways of London. Within the cramped veins and thorough-fares of old London students felt like they’d been transported back to the mean streets of the Victorian East End. A number of actual murder sites were visited and the locations related to the Jack the Ripper murders were guided by an experienced expert, with a wealth of historical knowledge. What better way to bring to life the horrific crimes of one of the UK’s most prolific killers.
